As a Mechanical Drives Engineer at Nordex Group, you will be responsible for supporting our service team in fleet assessments for drivetrain components. You will analyze the operation performance of drivetrain systems, investigate potential improvements, and develop RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in coordination with other departments.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree
- 5+ years experience in the wind industry, preferred in mechanical drivetrain technology
- Knowledge in quality assurance methodologies preferred
- Knowledge in roller bearing, gears, shafts, and other drivetrain components required
- Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams
- Ability to manage projects and work as a team with analytical skills and flexibility
