We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Partner Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, creating personalized action plans to maximize their marketing channels, and planning targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire new high-potential partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize their marketing channels and performance
- Create personalized action plans for each partner based on their type, data, and insights
- Plan and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire new high-potential partnerships
- Work with large amounts of data to implement new tactics and projects, and report on performance
- Propose new ideas, organize and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's short and long-term goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of partnerships and management
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- Project management and organization skills to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, and report on performance
