Role Overview

Joseph Joseph, a leading global houseware brand, seeks an Order Management Executive to join its team. This critical role involves working closely with B2B customers to deliver a world-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Compliance: Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements throughout the order-to-cash process, communicating and implementing these requirements as needed.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, submitted through various channels, including EDI, online portals, CSV uploads, and manual entries.
  • Document Management: Accurately produce and supply all necessary documents related to customer orders, ensuring compliance with business processes and SLAs.
  • Transaction Management: Effectively manage orders, returns, credit memos, and other transactions in line with agreed-upon business processes and service level agreements.
  • Customer Onboarding: Support Sales Account Managers in developing and onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Foster strong, professional relationships with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Credit Control, Supply Planning, and Logistics, to drive growth and opportunity.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in a Customer Service role, preferably in a B2B setting, working with retail customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience working with ERP applications like SAP.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Ability to work accurately and efficiently, often under time-sensitive pressures, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
