Senior Specialist for Data Management and Landscape Transformation

About the Role
SAP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist for Data Management and Landscape Transformation to join our global team. As a key member of our Services Architecture team, you will be responsible for delivering international data transformation projects, leveraging SAP DMLT tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer business needs and design architecture for solution proposals from the Data Management & Landscape Transformation portfolio.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Lead and facilitate customer workshops to validate solution designs.
- Architect scalable and robust data migration/conversion solutions adhering to SAP best practices and financial industry standards.
- Support and/or lead project delivery remotely and onsite in distributed regional and global teams.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure smooth execution of FI/CO data migration and conversion initiatives.
- Provide expertise in SAP FI/CO data migration and conversion tools and technologies, guiding customer teams to make informed decisions.
- Develop and document technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data migration/conversion processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent relevant job experience.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI and/or CO, plus experience in at least one additional module.
- Strong experience with roll out of Company Codes in the context of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
- Experience with System Conversion scenario to S/4HANA, including Migrating to S/4 HANA Finance and SPRO configuration for Finance conversion.
- Minimum 7 years SAP consulting experience, with SAP DMLT tools and methodology and data migration/conversion experience a strong plus.
