Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Assistant to join our team at the Air Force Institute Of Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the operations of a club or assigned area, normally during the absence of the Manager and/or Assistant Manager, and normally at night or on weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations of a club or assigned area.
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide work direction and guidance to other employees as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related field, such as club, restaurant, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
