Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and personnel administration for Portugal. The successful candidate will have a degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related fields and 2 or more years of administrative experience in personnel management/payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll and personnel administration for Portugal.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or related fields.
- 2 or more years of administrative experience in personnel management / payroll.
- Ability to work in a generalist HR role and adapt to new tasks.
- Availability to travel occasionally and a valid driver's license.
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset.
