Overview of the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Freelance Headhunter to support our high-volume recruitment efforts. As a commission-based role, it's ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large candidate pools. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools to identify top talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
  • Record Keeping: Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • High-Volume Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-only environment where performance directly drives earnings.
