Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Balearic Marine Hub. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and planning of production under the supervision of the operations manager.
  • Optimization of production processes in search of productivity, operational profitability, and efficiency.
  • Management of own and subcontracted personnel.
  • Management of technical resources (machinery, tools, paints) also coordinating the maintenance of the area.
  • Establishment, monitoring, and control of regulations and processes related to quality, safety (PRL), and the environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum academic level: Medium or higher technical training.
  • Minimum experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in project management is required.
  • Languages: High level of English. Knowledge of French is valued.
  • Other Requirements: Valuable ORP training (minimum 60 hours).
Conditions

Gross salary: from 2,600 per month (depending on value)
