Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenues
As a key member of the EMEAI Subscription Management team at PTC Inc., you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and protecting Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR).
**Your Responsibilities:**
- Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners in the UK and Ireland.
- Identify and close Up-sell opportunities to grow ARR.
- Develop successful relationships with PTC direct customers and channel partners to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction with PTC services.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Work in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes.
- Accurately forecast and update the PTC CRM (Salesforce) software.
- Manage Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner.
Key Competencies:
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving industry.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to daily work.
- Able to accurately and concisely update Salesforce and other CRMs.
- Sense of accuracy in pricing, quotes, and system entries.
