Protect and Grow Annual Recurring Revenues

As a key member of the EMEAI Subscription Management team at PTC Inc., you will play a critical role in driving customer growth and protecting Annual Recurring Revenues (ARR).

**Your Responsibilities:**

  • Renew Support and Subscription contracts with direct customers and channel partners in the UK and Ireland.
  • Identify and close Up-sell opportunities to grow ARR.
  • Develop successful relationships with PTC direct customers and channel partners to ensure Subscriptions and Support are renewed on-time.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction with PTC services.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Work in a highly structured fashion to achieve and maintain industry-leading renewal rates.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Drive Renewals sales rigor and processes.
  • Accurately forecast and update the PTC CRM (Salesforce) software.
  • Manage Renewal related customer/partner queries in a timely manner.

  • Able to accurately and concisely update Salesforce and other CRMs.
  • Sense of accuracy in pricing, quotes, and system entries.
