**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Attorney to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments, including sales, procurement, human resources, finance, and marketing.
- Manage specific customer relationships as a Business Partner identified by the GC EMEA.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, distribution contracts, procurement contracts, and other contracts relevant to the automotive industry.
- Advise on and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide practical, business-savvy counseling to the businesses in all areas of commercial transactions.
- Assist in managing legal disputes and litigation matters, including liaising with external counsel, preparing legal documents, and advising on strategy.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Law degree (University/State examination or equivalent); admission to practice law in Spain is a plus.
- 3 years of transactional experience, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry or in a reputable law firm or a corporate legal department of a multi-national corporation.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial transactions and Spanish labor/employment law.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to collaborate across departments.
