The Opportunity


Are you passionate about technology and looking to make a difference in the way companies work? We're seeking a motivated and driven Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Nutanix. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in generating pipeline by connecting with prospects and working closely with field sales to break open key target whitespace accounts.



Your Role



  • Identify and nurture potential new business opportunities for sales, aiming to grow the pipeline through inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Follow up on all leads generated through marketing campaigns to ensure timely response to potential customers and provide ongoing feedback to marketing to improve targeting and lead quality.
  • Maintain a high level of daily activity through calls, connections, emails, and utilize prospecting tools to uncover relevant prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with field sales, channel, and marketing teams to deliver meetings and qualified opportunities.
  • Execute outbound sales-led campaigns to drive in new business acquisition for the assigned territory.


About Your Team


You'll be part of a fully hybrid team, working from our new Barcelona office and from home. Our Inside Sales team is a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll have opportunities to grow and develop your skills.



What You'll Bring



  • Under two years of related experience or a strong desire to start your career in sales.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English.
  • Knowledge of Virtualization, Storage, and cloud computing marketplaces is a plus.
  • A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets is a plus.
  • Proven ability to find, assess, and prioritize sales opportunities, with a tenacious and ambitious approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiatives.
