About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Under Armour, Inc. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store visual standards, including merchandise displays, floor sets, and product presentation.
  • Operations: Execute routine duties to support store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Basic Qualifications: Basic numeracy, literacy, listening, and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in local language.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in use of computers and other technology.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: 0-3 months working in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Ability to handle or relocate products up to 25 lbs/12kgs.
  • Mobility: Able to move about for extended periods of time with short breaks to handle products.
  • Accessibility: Ability to freely access all areas of the store; including the selling floor, stock and register area.
