Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an excellent benefits package, including unlimited annual leave, stock options, £800 learning budget, £400 home office setup budget, £900 wellbeing budget, and 12 weeks full-paid family leave.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your artistic expertise to create innovative visual content across our product, social media channels, emails, and website. You'll define and lead visual design initiatives, collaborating across departments to enhance creativity and operational efficiency.
You'll deeply understand our audience, gathering insights to advocate for their needs in design decisions and ensuring designs resonate with them. Additionally, you'll ensure all visual content aligns with our branding guidelines, contributing to a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing product and brand design
- Mastery of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, AI design tools, and Google Slides
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to conceptualize, articulate, and bring creative ideas to life
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Strong multitasking ability, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines
