**Job Summary**

Sefar is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Specialist to join our team. As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing our product portfolio, specifically for Filter and Dryer Belts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Define and implement product specifications, standards, and cost-down measures to ensure competitiveness.
  • Work closely with production and process engineering teams to identify and introduce technology and product improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the global standardization of fabrics and best practices of fabricated items.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering and Textile and/or Mechanical Separation.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, proven skills in cross-thinking, and ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Excellent decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate in international, cross-functional teams and build a network beyond direct reporting lines.
  • Target and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for own actions and consistent behavior towards oneself and the environment.
