As a Field Clinical Specialist at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for providing clinical, technical, and educational support to assigned accounts in the Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management, with a strong understanding of the latest technology and its applications. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clinical support in case coverage and basic troubleshooting for company products
  • Attending cases in-person/remotely with customers and advising physicians on clinical attributes/techniques associated with our products
  • Ensuring timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation
  • Supporting the team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues
  • Developing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships with healthcare personnel
  • Recording customer information and activities in company's CRM system
  • Providing education support on product usage and customer training
