Estimated Salary: €110,000 - €130,000 per yearLIVEN SAU is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team in Berga, Spain. As a key member of our industrial operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will also lead a team of maintenance technicians and collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Leadership of a team of maintenance technicians.
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient facility operations.
- Purchase and maintenance of production equipment and spare parts.
- Inventory management and cycle counting.
- Development and implementation of training programs for maintenance technicians.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management and maintenance.
