- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support onsite to clients at their location.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
- Perform regular updates and maintenance of IT devices to ensure they are functioning optimally and securely.
- Timely communication with users to schedule deliveries and provide support as needed.
- Experience with Windows client OS (Win 10 & Win 11) and SCCM & Intune Staging.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory.
