Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

1. Team Leadership: You will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team, analysing and implementing corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity levels, and supporting and leading your team to achieve business objectives.
2. Process Improvement: You will analyse performance data and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service, collaborating with other managers to standardise shift processes.
3. Operational Management: You will work closely with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we meet customer demands and targets, analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, and discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.

1. Education: You must have a Bachelor's degree (or be working towards one).
2. Language Skills: You must have advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
3. Experience: You must have relevant experience in performing data analysis and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
