About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to the performance and status of various payment methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data related to the performance and status of various payment methods.
  • Maintain and update databases and data systems to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Execute established procedures for monitoring payment methods.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
  • Monitor payment systems to identify issues and escalate them promptly with detailed and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into the status and performance of payment methods.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the integrity of data.
  • Conduct regular audits of data systems to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and actions.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures based on data analysis.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the payment service provider (PSP) or financial services industry.
  • Basic Database Management: Knowledge of database structures and experience in managing and querying large datasets, at least in Excel.
  • Basic Programming Skills: Ability to write and understand scripts for data manipulation and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
