The role of Global Customer Advocacy Senior Manager involves cultivating relationships with leading figures in these fields. Your tasks will include engaging in dialogue to gain insights into their viewpoints and championing their causes. You will be part of our Global Marketing team based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate and sustain relationships with influential individuals in the pharmaceutical field (KOLs, DOLs, ME)
  2. Engage in discussions with KOLs to assimilate their perspectives and needs regarding patient care and therapeutic approaches
  3. Coordinate interactions with all parties involved with Almirall's KOLs to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize relationship potential
  4. Develop and implement an annual strategic engagement plan for cross-company Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including specific plans for Senior Leadership/Top Management
  5. Maintain centralized information on interactions with Corporate Experts, ensuring involvement in significant engagements

Advocacy and Influence:

  • Represent the interests of KOLs within the company, ensuring their input is considered
  • Formulate strategic approaches for KOL involvement, encompassing advisory panels, scientific dialogues, and educational programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Collaborate closely with various sectors to harmonize KOL engagement strategies with company objectives
  2. Stay informed about industry developments and identify collaborative opportunities with KOLs

Scientific Support:

  1. Provide KOLs with relevant scientific data and enhance their participation in Almirall's projects

Compliance and Regulations:

  • E nsure that all engagement activities comply with applicable ethical and legal regulations and policies
  • Maintain accurate and transparent records of all interactions and activities with medical experts

Project Management:

  1. Lead and coordinate specific projects related to medical expert engagement, ensuring efficient and effective execution
  2. Evaluate and report results of initiatives, proposing continuous improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences; additional studies in Marketing or Business Administration considered an asset
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a Scientific function, specifically in KOL advocacy or Scientific relationship management within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and managing high-profile KOL relationships
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with documented success in leading teams to success
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities and organizational acumen
