Lead Global Sustainability Initiatives

Our organization is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its next phase of growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling technology-driven organizations, securing investment, and navigating the complexities of global markets.

The successful CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with our mission and market opportunities. This includes driving internationalization of our offerings, establishing partnerships, and entering new markets. Additionally, the CEO will lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors.

A strong interpersonal skillset is essential for this role, as the CEO will need to inspire teams and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. The ability to navigate challenges with agility and resilience is also crucial. Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling companies internationally and securing significant investment.
  • Deep understanding of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation.
  • Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
