The Challenge: We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on the challenge of developing new business opportunities through contacting and building relationships with potential customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers and delivering presentations to drive sales growth.

Your Mission: In this role, you will be responsible for actively hunting for sales opportunities from website and marketing campaigns. You'll need to bring an organized and consistent mindset and stay eager to learn to meet and exceed your monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking primary ownership of our named account strategy and communicating effectively with all levels and key decision makers.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external customers and delivering presentations.
  • Coordinating meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives as well as maintaining strong relationships with the prospect through the entire sales process.
  • Demonstrating a knowledgeable understanding of the full array of our offerings to answer questions and make recommendations when speaking to customers/prospects.
  • Working collaboratively with other Onetrust employees across the organization to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded when possible.

What We're Looking For:

  • A coachable, organized, and driven individual with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • At least 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and reviewing own work for thoroughness, quality, and accuracy.
