Job Description
As a seasoned Sr. Project Director for Data Center Construction, you will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale data center projects across the EMEA region from initiation to completion. Your key objectives include:
- Leading the Design and Construction Program for various major data center projects, ensuring smooth operations throughout all phases.
- Coordinating project progress, guaranteeing alignment between design, construction, and analysis phases.
- Overseeing non-physical deliverables such as schedules, resource allocation, cost, and customer relationships to ensure successful project lifecycles.
- Providing regular updates to senior leadership and customers on project progress, risks, and milestones.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the primary decision-maker on work-stream issues, collaborating closely with owners and customers to gather insights and apply industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Numerous years of experience managing multiple project management teams in complex, large-scale construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-organizational teams and manage complex design programs.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with customers, key suppliers, and business partners.
Estimated Salary Range
This role comes with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, reflecting your extensive experience and qualifications in managing large-scale construction projects.
