As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be working as part of the EMEA Payroll team, processing all payrolls for Southern Europe across the Brambles group. You will work closely with third-party providers, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, while also meeting statutory and business compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms
- Meeting statutory and business compliance requirements
- Investigating and correcting errors in case of system or process issues
- Preparing monthly payrolls according to schedule
- Ensuring segregation of duties and data protection standards are met
- Vendor management and integration of new systems and vendors
Requirements:
- Demonstrable interest in payroll operations or HR/Payroll qualification required
- MS Office intermediate (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) desirable
- Business acumen and ability to navigate administrative functions
- Attention to detail working with remote locations
Salary: Estimated salary range £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
