Ongoing Communication:
Onboarding meetings will help you integrate into our team and processes. After onboarding, meetings will be minimal (monthly or quarterly) just to catch up, discuss any improvements, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Growth Potential:
We currently have 2 writers, and once we reach 5, we will focus on increasing the weekly word count for all writers, potentially up to 20,000 words per week. As we expand, we will also be looking to hire a content manager in the future, presenting further opportunities for freelancers.
