About the Team Hiring:

Graitec is launching a digital transformation program to revolutionize its business. The company is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join its team and support the Marketing Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various channels.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Graitec's social media presence, including local Facebook and LinkedIn pages
  • Oversee the management of local websites, including translations from the English website to Czech and/or Slovak websites
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and corporate team to develop and maintain the company's website
  • Foster a digital culture within the organization and facilitate digital initiatives
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department
  • Localize lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs
  • Assist in implementing and deploying an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for long-term lead generation
  • Prepare and send newsletters campaigns
  • Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversation rates across the buyer journey
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite
  • Experience using WordPress CMS
  • Significant experience in managing content websites
  • Experience in lead digital acquisition: SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, retargeting, social activations
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of subscription business and software companies
Language Requirements:
  • Native Czech and Slovak speaker
  • Fluent in English
