  1. Optimalprint - Our B2C e-commerce business, offering high-quality personalized products to consumers worldwide, produced on-demand by our local production network.

GelatoCreate - Giving creators instant access to a global market of customers, with simple integrations to webshops like Shopify, Etsy, and TikTok, allowing them to personalize designs for a wide range of quality products, and we take care of production and fulfillment through our local production.
  3. GelatoConnect - Our enterprise software powers the world's most advanced production on-demand facilities, providing unmatched production workflow, logistics, and procurement efficiency, quality management, and cost savings.
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst, Finance to join our world-class Finance & Strategy team.

As a Data Analyst, you will help build strategic reports for investor and leadership teams, and carry out analysis to inform important financial and strategic decisions for Gelato.

You will guide the finance team using data and insights, not just presenting data, but telling data-driven stories. You will convince and influence your finance and strategy team members using clear insights and recommendations.

The position is based in one of our hub city offices or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business performance visibility for finance and strategy teams.
  2. Identify trends and patterns using internal and external data sources powered with analytic models to provide actionable insights to business decision-makers.
  3. Generate forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans necessary to drive and influence business decision-making.
  4. Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while helping the team evolve best practices.
Requirements
  1. 4+ years of data analytics experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all your analyses.
  3. Good time management, handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  4. Collaborative, working well in a team environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, keeping all stakeholders informed and managing expectations effectively.
  6. Extensive hands-on experience in SQL.
  7. Experience with data visualization and BI tools like Looker/Tableau/PowerBI.
  8. Good knowledge of statistical analysis.
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with finance data or in finance-related roles.
  2. Advanced experience with Looker.
  3. Experience in management consulting would be a plus.
