Job Description: As an Assistant Hotel Manager at Alegria Hotels, you will assist the director with daily operations, guest services, and staff management. You will work in key departments like Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Storeroom to understand daily operations and guest services.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, you must be currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
