About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Systems Engineer to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing HVAC systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing client specifications to develop system requirements
  • Specifying system components and developing validation and qualification plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system design meets client needs
  • Leading cost reduction projects and selecting system components
  • Developing and implementing system simulation using MBD (Model Based Design)

Requirements
  • Degree or technical knowledge in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • Certified knowledge in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Systems
  • 2-5 years' experience in Design/Product Engineering departments
  • Experience with simulation programs (EES, IMST-ART)
  • English and Spanish fluency, B2 level minimum
  • Valid EU work permit
