Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain client infrastructure and solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigate and resolve first-line incidents and service requests, ensuring zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions.
- Provide telephonic or chat support to clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Execute approved maintenance activities, including patching and configuration changes, to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Report and escalate incidents as necessary, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization, including automation and process improvement.
- Entry-level experience or completion of a relevant intern program.
- Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products within the supported technical domain.
- Ability to communicate and work across different cultures and social groups.
- Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance, taking into account possible changing circumstances.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook at work and work well in a pressurized environment.
