Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive data architecture roadmaps, identifying scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, as well as addressing technical debt.
- Create architectural solutions that consider security and software license management requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Review and ensure the quality of delivered solutions to meet business needs and align with strategic product vision.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose designs to advance them.
- Support integration and functional testing to ensure compliance with acceptance and readiness criteria, as well as identifying and addressing risks, licenses, and security issues.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar roles.
- Strong foundation in platform functionality and development, organization and time management, conflict and priority management, methodologies.
- Solid foundation as a solutions architect, contributing to solution or platform strategies, architecture roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Significant experience working throughout the project lifecycle and/or product delivery with collaborators, external vendors, or third parties.
- Ability to understand vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting business information and internal client processes.
- Software proficiency related to core technologies of applications to be implemented.
- Collaboration with various business areas and technology teams to improve services, environments, and customer experience.
