Purpose: We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Solutions Architect to spearhead the planning, scoping, evaluation, implementation, development, enhancement, and maintenance of all our marketing tech stack, including data, attribution, CRM, marketing automation, advertising, social media, partnerships, brand, and content platforms.

Your objectives will be to build internal MarTech solutions while upholding the highest standards of privacy and security requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate the most suitable MarTech solutions for our needs.
  • Project manage the implementation of ad-hoc systems and setups, sometimes involving development work.
  • Own the upkeep of MarTech systems, including updates, enhancements, security, and compliance with strict data protection policies.
  • Provide training to marketing teams on how to utilize new platforms effectively and ensure they're leveraging these tools to their fullest potential.
  • Identify opportunities where technology can enhance user experience, efficiency, or effectiveness across different channels.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise as a MarTech manager or consultant in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital-first companies.
  • A proven track record of managing MarTech teams, vendors, and adhering to industry best practices, including open-source and on-prem solutions.
  • Proven experience researching, evaluating, and implementing MarTech solutions across various channels.
  • A deep understanding of our commitment to privacy and ability to deliver within challenging environment constraints.
  • Independence, self-motivation, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A strong technical foundation, enabling translation of business goals into specific project plans.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments.
