Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, the Head Chef Restaurant will be responsible for leading the daily kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and culinary standards that meet the expectations of our guests and the brand.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the culinary industry or related field.
  • 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; 2 years of experience in the culinary industry or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong culinary knowledge and skills, with the ability to develop and implement menus and recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and service.
