Responsibilities- Adaptation of basic SAP HCM settings
- Creation and adaptation of payroll and time concepts
- Adaptation of payroll and time schemes and rules
- Basic debugging knowledge
- Payroll and time log analysis
- Configuration of extra payments, seniority, vacation settlement, compensation, IT complement, proposal of payroll concepts, configuration of characteristics
- Configuration of organizational structure
- Having worked with ticketing tools
- Documentation of changes made
- Unit tests
- Integrated tests
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fundamental knowledge of HCM, including PA (Personnel Administration) and PY (Payroll) modules
- Experience +3 years in project implementation with SAP PY in Spain
- Desirable experience in other SAP HCM modules and/or integration with Finance (FI)
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, you will benefit from working with a dynamic team in a remote setting, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
