Job DescriptionWe're seeking an Ambitious Sales Champion to join our team. As a key player in our sales department, you'll be responsible for creating new opportunities by attracting ambitious students to our diverse range of trainings.
Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and persuade new students to enroll in our courses. You'll generate new leads through email outreach to potential students and aim to secure 1 to 3 new student enrollments daily.
- Student Acquisition: Identify and engage new students to enroll in our courses.
- Proactive Sourcing: Organize LinkedIn or email campaigns via Hubspot to schedule meetings.
- Crm Management: Manage calls, meetings, and reports via Hubspot.
- Tackling Objections: Review call recordings to improve your sales approach and objection handling skills.
We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- A track-record in successfully closing high-ticket deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
