We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our global IT team as a Senior Microsoft Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of IT aspects for office relocations and new office openings.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of our operations by working closely with our project teams. As a Senior Microsoft Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing M365 services and driving the hybrid-cloud transformation of IT systems and services.
You will perform maintenance, lifecycle, and daily administration of hybrid IT systems located both on-premises and in the cloud. Your proactive approach will ensure that systems and services are continuously monitored, and incident escalation responses are provided when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge of relevant technologies and serve as a subject matter expert in your area of responsibility. You will also contribute regularly to technical and process documentation.
A mentorship role within the IT team is also anticipated, where you will help less experienced colleagues grow and develop their skills.
