Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior ML/NLP Researcher to join our Data Solutions Research Team at our Spanish headquarters. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative data products that directly enhance our external products and internal tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to develop data-driven solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our external products and internal tools and processes.
  • Apply your expertise to tackle real-world challenges, demonstrating the benefits of systematic, data-driven processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • A Master's or PhD in a relevant field, with practical, hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and a strong understanding of state-of-the-art language models.
  • 5+ years of industry experience, contributing to business growth.
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to apply logical and mathematical reasoning to a variety of challenges.
  • Experience using deep learning frameworks (Pytorch, HuggingFace).
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and statistical models for time series forecasting.
