About the Job

This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Experience: Prepare the boutique to welcome clients and provide personalized relationships.
  2. Sales: Serve omni-channel clients and ensure a seamless journey across the brand network.
  3. Communication: Communicate all relevant information to clients regarding their repairs and maintenance.
  4. Operations: Be aware of products in stock and contribute to operational tasks such as stock counts and replenishment.
  5. Digital Tools: Build operational knowledge of digital tools such as sales, CRM, and back office.
