Our Technology Stack
We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike, Clickhouse, Flink, and RDS to host our SaaS platform. Our development pipeline uses Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm for infrastructure management, while Github and Github-actions are used for CI/CD. We also utilize Grafana, Prometheus, Mimir, ELK, and other tools for observability and monitoring.
Main Challenges
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the growth of engineering teams and technologies, enhancing production resiliency and scalability, perfecting observability, cost, and security of our SaaS platform, making our development experience simple, accessible, and powerful, and unifying 3 companies' technical stacks.
The Opportunity
As an Engineering Manager in the Platform organization, you will own the Production Reliability scope in Contentsquare, helping over 400 developers work with confidence and efficiency. Your focus will be on ensuring the tools, processes, and working environment are conducive to their best work. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key leaders of R&D, significantly impacting our SaaS product reliability.
Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
