Job Description

At Accelleron, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics and Purchasing Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in centre of bearings and pumps reconditioning, ensuring stock management excellence, and providing support to the Head of SCM & Logistics to assure lean local unit operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Suppliers' invoices review and validation
  • Deliveries request via haulier web portal
  • Backup during absences for direct and indirect purchases (PO launch in SAP and invoice review)
  • Post goods receipt
  • Suppliers registry in supplier management power APP
Main Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support service network and local customers CPEX enquires including quotation, order processing, invoicing, account receivables, etc.
  • Handling of administrative issues of CPEX Hub manufacturing orders assignments
  • Register all quotations, orders, as well as invoicing in the ERP system
  • Ensure the right technical specifications as per customer requirements
  • Ensure the follow up of administration and logistics (order monitoring)
  • Monitoring of transportation to customer
  • Entering / maintaining master data in local ERP (commercial information, GSP, discounts, etc.)
  • Ensure the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction
  • Cooperate closely with Head of Operations, spares department and Technical Advisor
  • Coordinates/communicates with End User Sales regarding customer status
  • Give feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)
  • Responsible for continuous process improvements of the CPEX Hub
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience
  • English - Conversational
  • Mechanical or industrial background/experience is desirable
  • Experience in multinational company is desirable
  • Handling different customers and cultures
