About the Job

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead software development projects within our global engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the wind energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven project management experience (PM certification preferred)
  • Several years of experience in the wind turbine industry, particularly in electrical and control functions
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Project Server
  • Fluent English language proficiency; beneficial skills in Spanish and German
