Imperial Brands PLC is seeking a talented Brand Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Blu brand in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate with sales, digital, and trade teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including channel and online content.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a Product/Brand Manager in FMCG or Tobacco industry.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way in an international environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and results-driven orientation.
  • Microsoft Office proficient/advanced user (PPT and Excel).
