Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Transfer Agent to join our team in Tenerife. As a Transfer Agent, you will be responsible for managing and controlling transfer routes, ensuring seamless communication with providers, hoteliers, and TTOO, and resolving incidents in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and control transfers in Tenerife
- Communicate with providers, hoteliers, and TTOO
- Manage claims and incidents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality of service
- Participate in transfer route planning in Tenerife
Requirements
- Experience in a transfer department is required
- Advanced level of English, with other languages a plus
- Able to work effectively with IT systems and adapt quickly to our in-house operational systems
- Good knowledge of Tenerife
- Studies in Tourism or related fields
