Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Low Voltage CCTV Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CCTV Access Control, Cat6 Cabling, and IP Cameras, with a strong background in Access Control and Card Readers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Low Voltage Crew, overseeing various jobs, and ensuring the highest quality of work. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Add cameras and configure a recorder
- Oversee and manage a Low Voltage Crew
- Check on various job sites throughout the day and ensure quality control
- Have over 5 years of experience configuring IP Cameras and NVRs
- Experienced with Access Control and Card Readers (not only cabling but programming)
- Able to install both CCTV Access Control Systems
- Have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to work full-time; M-F hours 9-5
- Be able to port forward routers for remote viewing of cameras (not only QR Codes)
- Be able to tone cables and troubleshoot CCTV Access Control issues in the field
- Be able to work immediately
- Rack construction, dressing, and organizing cables
- Always leave a job site clean

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CCTV Access Control, Cat6 Cabling, and IP Cameras
- Strong background in Access Control and Card Readers
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift 50lbs
