About IE Foundation

IE Foundation is a vibrant and international team dedicated to creating lasting, positive change. With the support of the IE community, donors, and corporate partners, we have expanded significantly over the past few years.

Your Role

As a Junior Manager, you will play a key role in advancing the Foundation's mission by managing initiatives funded by corporate partners. You will be in contact with academic content, helping authors in all steps of the publication process, from contact with publishers to final promotion and dissemination.

Responsibilities
  • Project and Event Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the effective execution of initiatives funded by corporate partners.
  • Content Creation: Write articles, copywriting for social media, and creating promotional visual materials.
  • Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • A master's or undergraduate degree from a prestigious institution.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong skills in communication, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactivity, customer focus, and accountability.
