**Job Description**

As a Korean Interpreter for Contactlink Solutions, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between English-speaking individuals and Korean-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include answering calls professionally, adhering to the Interpreters code of conduct, and providing accurate interpretations.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high level of proficiency in both English and Korean languages, preferably native fluency
  • 1+ years of interpreting experience (desired)
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
  • Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
