About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Consultant to join our team at NTT Data Business Solutions. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD) and the EU Taxonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and share knowledge and insights on CSRD and EU Taxonomy with the global sustainability community.
  2. Support the mapping of rules and regulations to SAP ERP relevant topics.
  3. Contribute to the development of global consultancy assets.
  4. Support local consultants in training and inspiring them on CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  5. Lead customer workshops on CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  6. Support pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as business administration, IT/Data Science, sustainability management, or a comparable degree program.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
  • Intrinsic motivation and interest in Sustainability.
  • Experience in ESG/non-financial reporting or sustainability management.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the EU CSRD regulation and EU Taxonomy.
  • Strong affinity with DATA and innovative IT.
  • Team player, flexible in adjusting to cultural differences and preferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
