Sportsbook Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sportsbook Manager to join our team at DAZN. As a key member of our Sportsbook team, you will be responsible for overseeing all Sportsbook-related activities and tasks, optimizing and proposing strategies to increase player engagement through product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Sportsbook strategies to drive player engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Trading teams to deliver a regional pricing strategy and review on-site performance KPIs
  • Regularly review sportsbook performance and proactively highlight any new trends for consideration, along with market and localisation recommendations
  • Drive projects to improve Sportsbook functionalities, features, and processes, managing and implementing competitive bonus incentive setups and monitoring success
  • Work with the Content & CRM team to design, develop, and execute the best Sports localised offers for retention, acquisition, cross-selling, churn prevention, upselling, and reactivation
  • Create and drive the scheduling of events to be published, pushed, and promoted, with a focus on DAZN Sports schedule
  • Collaborate with the DAZN and DAZN BET marketing team to design and execute promotions specific to sports betting and measure performance and value to retained customers
  • Evaluate campaigns with an optimization focus for improvement including bonus ownership and promotional budget
  • Perform prior and post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement, create an effective follow-up plan, and draw conclusions or take appropriate action
  • Prepare trend analysis to share with senior management views on performance, at customer cohort, game, and gaming provider level
  • Work closely with the Product team to ensure consistent site experience and customer journeys, maximizing usability and accessibility across all devices
  • Work closely with the Account Relationship Manager to maximize campaign efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the online gaming industry, specifically Sportsbook experience for the Spanish market
  • A proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment
  • A passion for sport, particularly football, with a deep understanding of what it means to be a fan across multiple sports
  • Aiming for high standards, capable of delivering quality service with pace
  • Great attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and the ability to drive insight solutions
  • Focus on the customer
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English
