About the Role:
Xelvin Management B.V. is seeking a skilled Yacht Mechanic to join our team. As a Yacht Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various components on luxury yachts, including engines, generators, hydraulic pumps, and electronic panels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble components on yachts, including Volvo Penta engines, generators, hydraulic pumps, and electronic panels.
- Work with the electrical team to connect and test electrical systems.
- Keep track of changes in working drawings and schematics.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Completed education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Maritime Engineering at MBO level.
- Experience in a technical role, preferably in the automotive or yacht-building industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills.
- Motivation to deliver high-quality results and continuous improvement.
