About Us
Wincham International Limited is a reputable UK and Spanish legal and taxation practice, along with being an estate agent. We specialize in providing consultancy services to our clients who have properties in Spain.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated full-time sales consultant to assist us in delivering exceptional client experiences related to property restructuring in Spain, as well as handling their financial and estate planning affairs.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of approximately €50,000, depending on experience. In addition, they will be eligible for an uncapped commission/bonus scheme.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working in a sales environment, demonstrating tenacity, self-motivation, and confidence in a target-driven setting. They must also exhibit excellent communication skills, numeracy, computer literacy, and a strong client focus.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate should have sales experience in either the financial sector, legal services, estate agency, or property sales. They will be responsible for developing sales from qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and providing consultancy services to clients regarding their Spanish property purchase or sale.

Requirements
The successful sales consultant will possess a proven track record, an outgoing personality, and excellent English and Spanish language skills. They must be able to communicate effectively with both British and Spanish-owned property transactions.

What We Offer
We provide initial and ongoing training, a good basic salary, and an uncapped commission/bonus scheme for the right candidate. The working week requires 40 hours, Monday to Friday.
